This Agreement is made between The Original Montana Club ("Club") and [Client Name] ("Renter") for the private rental of the Garden Room located at 24 West 6th Avenue.

Garden Room Flat Rental Rate

The Garden Room is offered under a flat rental model for private events.

Flat Rental Rate: $1,300

Full exclusive access to the Garden Room for the duration of the event
The Garden Room fully decorated by The Original Montana Club
Sparkling or still water service to start
Moist towelette service to cleanse hands before dining
Intention cards (available upon request, if the party desires)
Tea service with a curated selection chosen by The Original Montana Club, including:
- One herbal tea
- One green tea
- One black tea
Food service featuring your choice of two food and beverage experiences (see below)
All required staffing for the event
Full setup, breakdown, cleaning, and resetting of the space

Food and Beverage Selection

Renter may select up to two food and beverage experiences from the options below. Final guest count and experience selections are due no later than fourteen (14) days prior to the event. Partial selections are not permitted.

Classic Afternoon Tea

Tea Sandwiches: Cucumber and Dill Cream Cheese, Egg Salad and Rocket
Scone: Currant Scone with Clotted Cream and Strawberry Preserves
Mini Desserts: Lemon Tartlet, Rosemary Lemon Shortbread, Assorted Macarons

Signature Montana Teas

Includes:

Teas: (selected by the Club): Herbal, Green, Black
Tea Sandwiches: Smoked Trout with Capers and Dill, Flathead Cherry Chutney and Chicken
Scone: Huckleberry Scone with Clotted Cream and Lemon Curd
Mini Desserts: Local Honey Madeleine, Cream Puffs with Rhubarb Orange Sauce, Parrot Truffles

Gentleman's Tea

Includes:

Teas: (selected by the Club): Herbal, Green, Black
Tasting Bites: Sliders with Dubliner Cheese, Mini Beef Pasties, Smoked Trout Finger Sandwich with Caper Cream, Sautéed Mushroom and Herb Crostini
Scone: Currant Scone with Bacon Jam
Mini Desserts: Parrot Truffles, Lemon Rosemary Shortbread

Add-On Beverages (Optional)

The following beverages may be added and will be billed separately:

Mimosa Bar: $13 per person
Veuve Clicquot: $15 per glass or $60 per bottle
Roederer Estate: $15 per glass or $60 per bottle
Almacita Sparkling Rosé: $12 per glass or $48 per bottled
Whiskey Pairing: $12 per glass per person

Payment Terms

Deposit: A $200 non-refundable deposit is required within fourteen (14) days of the event and will be applied to your final bill
Full payment is due fourteen (14) days prior to the event date
Cancellations within fourteen (14) days of the event are non-refundable and all payments are forfeited
Cancellations made more than fourteen (14) days prior to the event do not receive the deposit back unless the cancellation occurs more than thirty (30) days prior to the event date, in which case the deposit may be refunded at the Club's discretion
Gratuity: A 20% gratuity will be added to the final bill for the Garden Room hosts

Policies

All guests must adhere to Club rules and regulations
Renter is responsible for any damages beyond normal wear and tear. The Garden Room contains many fragile items. Charges will be applied based on breakage or damage
Outside catering or beverages are not permitted unless pre-approved in writing by the Club
Gratuity: A 20% gratuity will be added to the final bill for the Garden Room hosts
