Private Events at the Garden Room

The Garden Room is yours, exclusively, during one of our service windows. Twelve to twenty-five guests. The room set in the season's accent palette, or styled to suit the occasion.

For bridal showers, baby showers, milestone birthdays, mother-daughter afternoons, and gatherings of every shape — the room is built for the kinds of afternoons that deserve a setting.

What every private event includes

  • Exclusive use of the Garden Room for your chosen service window
  • The room dressed in the season's accent palette, or styled to your theme
  • A pot of tea for each guest, from a curated selection: one herbal, one green, one black
  • The Full Tower service — tea sandwiches, scones, and mini desserts, shared between every two guests
  • Sparkling or still water service throughout
  • Warm towelette service to cleanse hands before tea
  • Intention cards on each place setting, upon request
  • The lavender keepsake for every guest
  • Full setup, breakdown, and reset by our team
  • All required service staff for the event

The Garden Celebration$75 per guest

The Gathering, plus:

  • A welcome glass of sparkling rosé for each guest
  • A printed menu with the host's name and the date
  • Reserved table assignment, set ahead of arrival

For the milestone afternoon — the birthday that matters, the engagement to mark, the anniversary worth dressing for.

The Garden Bridal$95 per guest

The Celebration, plus:

  • A welcome bottle of Veuve Clicquot, set on the host's table
  • A custom centerpiece in your choice of the season's accent palette
  • A photographer for the first thirty minutes, to capture the room before the afternoon begins

For the wedding-adjacent — bridal showers, bachelorette teas, mother-of-the-bride lunches. Built to be photographed, and to be remembered.

The essentials

  • Capacity: Up to 25 guests
  • Ages: 13 and older; children's parties are booked separately as Kids Tea Parties
  • F&B minimum: $1,250 per service window. Host pays the higher of the chosen package total or the minimum.
  • Service windows: Flexible based on client needs.

Booking & Payment

  • A $200 non-refundable deposit secures the date, applied to the final bill
  • Final menu and guest count are due fourteen days before the event
  • Full payment is due fourteen days before the event
  • Cancellations within fourteen days of the event are non-refundable
  • Cancellations more than thirty days before the event may receive a deposit refund at the Club's discretion
  • A 20% gratuity is added to the final bill for the Garden Room team

Policies

  • The Garden Room holds many delicate pieces. Damage charges may apply for breakage beyond normal wear
  • Outside catering and beverages require written approval from the Club
  • All guests follow Club rules and regulations
