Our member rules are designed to uphold the integrity, comfort, and distinguished
atmosphere of The Montana Club for all members and guests. They ensure every visit is

Welcome to The Original Montana Club. As a private institution dedicated to heritage, connection, and excellence, we ask all members and their guests to honor these expectations, preserving the integrity, comfort, and timeless spirit of our shared space.

1. Dress Code

Our standards reflect the tradition and character of The Montana Club:

Montana proper attire is required for all dinners and formal events.
For daily Club access:
- Men: Collared shirts are encouraged; nice jeans without rips or tears are acceptable.
- Women: Dress, skirt, blouse, tailored pants, or nice jeans without rips are appropriate; leggings or overly casual attire are not permitted
T-shirts, hoodies, shorts, and flip-flops are not permitted

2. Member Conduct

To maintain a respectful and welcoming environment, all members and their guests are expected to:

Treat fellow members, staff, and guests with courtesy, discretion, and respect at all times.
Be responsible for the behavior of any guests they bring.
Refrain from disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate behavior, including harassment or discrimination.
Avoid photography in private member areas to preserve the Club’s privacy and ambiance.
Silence cell phones and refrain from phone or video calls in member spaces.
Stay out of staff-only areas unless invited.
Follow any staff direction, including leaving the premises if requested.
Understand that membership may be suspended or revoked with approval from two or more managers for violations.

3. Membership & Guest Access

Membership is by invitation and subject to approval by the Membership
Committee.

A valid credit or debit card must remain on file for recurring dues and incidental charges
Dues are billed monthly on the anniversary of acceptance

Guest Policy:

Members are welcome to bring guests.
Guests must remain with the member at all times.
All guests and members must check in at the Welcome Table upon arrival.
For groups of five or more guests, please email members@themontanaclub.com in advance to coordinate.

4. Club Hours & Facility Use

The Montana Club is a space for community, conversation, and celebration

5. Payments & Billing

To maintain seamless operations, members agree to the following:

Monthly dues and add-ons are billed on your join date and recur monthly
Charges for food, beverages, and ticketed events may be billed at the time of service or added to your statement
A valid credit or debit card must remain on file at all times
Late or failed payments may incur additional fees

6. Safety & Legal Compliance

The safety and well-being of our members, guests, and staff is our top priority:

Alcohol is served only to guests aged 21+ with valid ID
Staff may refuse service to any member or guest who appears intoxicated
The Club can assist with arranging safe transportation home if needed
Members must comply with all local and state health and safety regulations
Firearms are strictly prohibited, except for authorized law enforcement personnel
The Club maintains and enforces a strong non-discrimination and anti-harassment policy
